These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of task ("we", "us") services, including task posting, assignment workflows, and related platform offerings. By proceeding with a proposal, subscription, or payment through task, you agree to these Terms as the Client.
1. Product Costs
The Client is responsible for all costs associated with the product including a 7% sales tax for buyer rebates. These costs are to be paid by the Client in addition to the service fees.
2. Service Fee
The outlined strategy for each product falls under the Standard Tier at $5,000 per month. We recommend a minimum 3-month collaboration in order to see true results. Most of our clients find substantial value in our subscription service, often maintaining their partnership with us for an average of 2–3 years and progressing to higher tiers as they grow.
3. Amendments
Any changes to the Proposal or Schedule can only be made with Task's written consent and may incur additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment of all service fees and product costs is due in full prior to the start of services. Services will not begin until full payment is received.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the execution of this agreement.
6. Liability
Task is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Client, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Task harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from this agreement. Task's total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.
7. Termination
This agreement is structured as a 3-month collaboration agreement and may be terminated by either party at the end of the 3-month period with a written notice provided 30 days in advance. Task reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately upon written notice if the Client breaches any terms, or engages in behavior that does not align with Task's values and morals. In the event of termination, any fees paid are non-refundable and any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
